Through our cooperation with colleges and universities, students receive a practical introduction to the topics of process management and organizational development and can prove their acquired knowledge with a certificate issued by us.
We see process management as a method for managing and designing a process-oriented organization. We integrate approaches such as customer journey mapping, design thinking, agile procedures, and various topics such as sustainability or customer orientation into process management. In this way, we offer students an interdisciplinary further education program that optimally prepares them for their career entry.
